What do I believe in? I believe in many things. (I AM pagan, after all! LOL!) If I must label myself, I'm an eclectic Wiccan with leanings toward the Celtic pantheon and Goddess worship.

I believe that there is something divine "out there", that all things in existence are an integral part of it, and there are infinite paths to reach it. There is no "One True Way", and I pity people that think that there is, who are so self-centered and arrogant they think their religion is the only "right" one.

I don't think the goddess (as I acknowledge the divinity in all things) is a very meddlesome deity. Humans do, after all, have this thing called free will. I do, however, believe that there are things out there (spirits, guardian angels, faeries, whatever title you feel comfortable with) that do meddle, for better or worse, though I don't think humans can ever really understand what would motivate such forces.

I believe in the complete seperation of church and state. I don't want anyone telling me how or what to believe in, and I would never dream of doing that to another person.

I believe in true love and love at first sight.

I believe in the sanctity of all life, plant, animal or mineral. But, I also enjoy steaks medium rare, and in a woman's right to choose.

I believe in freedom for all people, regardless of sex, race or creed.

I believe in being completely responsible for your actions. I have no patience for people that won't own up to their responsibilities.

I believe in taking control of your life, creating your own fate. Don't wait around for things to happen or for others to do things for you.
