Place in a large glass container:
½ lb Peeled and chopped (rough chopped is fine) garlic
2 C apple cider vinegar (organic is best)
2 C distilled water
Cover and let stand in a warm place for 4 days, shaking a few times each day.
Add:
1 C glycerin
Let stand 1 day.
Strain and filter through muslin or cheesecloth squeezing out as much liquid as you can.
Add:
1 C raw organic honey
Stir thoroughly until well mixed. Store in a cool place. Does not spoil – no need to refrigerate.
Take one dropper full every few hours as needed.
“Excellent for coughs, colds, sore throats, bronchial congestion, high or low blood pressure, heart weakness and nervous disorder.” (Michael Tierra)
Not good for hot/dry people – may cause gastric distress.
May add cinnamon sticks or ginger to warm and invigorate.
